You are the organiser

You confirm that you have the right to sell tickets for that event (you are the organiser, venue, or an authorised agent). Ticketkaran does not become the organiser by listing you.

Listings

You must publish true date, time, venue, age rules, taxes, and what the ticket includes. You must update the listing if the event changes. False or misleading listings can be taken down and payouts held.

Payouts

• Ticketkaran deducts its agreed commission, payment fees, taxes, and any chargebacks from sales.
• Payouts go to the bank account you verified, after the event or on the schedule in your organiser contract.
• We may hold payouts if we see fraud, a police complaint, a large chargeback rate, or an event dispute.

Cancelled events

If you cancel, you must tell Ticketkaran at once. You authorise us to refund buyers from held funds. If funds were already paid out, you must return them on our invoice within the period we set.

Taxes

You are responsible for applicable tax on ticket sales in the country of the event and of your business. Give us a valid tax registration number if you are registered. We will issue organiser settlement reports. We may issue invoices for our commission with applicable tax.

Data

Buyer data is shared with you only to run that event (entry lists, support). Do not sell or spam that list. Follow the DPDP Act.

Content licence

You grant Ticketkaran a licence to show your event name, art, and copy on the site, app, ads, and social channels to sell tickets.

Take-down

We may suspend a listing that is illegal, unsafe, IP-infringing, or harmful to buyers.
